After 80 lessons, you will be able to:

Write a short, simple postcards, simple messages such as "Thank You" notes, requests to colleagues, and fill in forms.

Listen to and recognize familiar words and very basic phrases concerning yourself, your family and your immediate surroundings when people speak slowly and clearly.

Use simple phrases and sentences to describe where you live, people you know and your possessions, and ask questions about these.

Interact in a simple way provided the other person is prepared to repeat or rephrase things at a slower rate of speech and help formulate what you are trying to say.

Ask and answer simple questions related to familiar topics and daily life.
