The role holder will be expected to contribute to one to two important modules among the School’s core language offerings, participate in the daily life, management of the School, and contribute to the School’s strategic planning processes.
Salary will be within the range of¥80,000 – ¥120,000 annually depending on skills and experience (salary progression beyond these scales is subject to performance). In addition, an attractive package including living allowance, social insurance will be provided for the appointments.
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chinese, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Education, History or related discipline.
2. Solid Knowledge on Chinese language, good writing skills, standard mandarin with certificate above A level the second class.
3. Fluency in the second language, both written and spoken;
4. Fast learner, creative and innovative person, with knowledge of foreign cultures and good cross-cultural communication skills
5. At least two years in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, ambitious, talented academics with a passion for network and classroom teaching.
6. Good IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office applications, PPT, PowerPoint and the web。
7. Excellent interpersonal,coordination and analytical skills,With professional knowledge, guide student to master the curriculum by making complicated subjects understandable.
1. Experience of working in an academic environment or once teaching Chinese overseas.
2. Master degree in related area.
1. Undertake one to two important modules among the Center’s core language offerings, contribute significantly to the development of student-centred teaching methods and plans.
2.Guide students in their own study, make the evaluation and feedback on effect regularly, develop and refine the methods for better teaching results.
3. Take responsibility for the quality of the design of language learning courses/programmes to maintain the high teaching standards.
4. Involve in making video for on-line classes and assist in textual and imaging material processing accordingly.
5. Develop and implement students after-class activities as appropriate.
6. Assist in planning, organizing and conducting cultural exchange program.
7. Involve in development and implementation of the enrollment promotion.
