Media Specialist

Job Outline:

       The role holder is mainly responsible for processing textual and imaging material to maintain company’s webpage, WeChat public account and video production.

Qualifications

Essential:

       1.Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertisement or relevant disciplines;

       2. Fast learner, demonstrates creative and active thinking skills;

       3. With team spirit, have ability to work accurately and pay attention to details. Exceptional organizational skills to facilitate work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;

       4. Evidence of developed people skills in media and public relations and networking skills;

       5.With art designing knowledge, be familiar with photoshop, CAD, 3D, skillful in image processing and basic flash movie。

       6. With knowledge in printing process and advertisement products.

       7.Strong understanding of regulations and legislation impacting on the marketing function particularly in relation to data protection, copyright.

Desirable:

       1. Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken;

       2. Brand Management Experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities

       1. Based on the rules of educational website operation, to formulate the solutions and maintain webpage regularly.

       2.Be responsible for making and editing video for class and activity，undertake post-production work as well.

       3. Be responsible for maintaining WeChat public account. To produce advertising and publicity copies.

       4. Assist for event planning and organizing. Be responsible for processing textual and imaging material accordingly.

       5. To oversee the implementation of the project in website and social network, make the evaluation on effect and report it to the head.

       6. To undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.
