The role holder is mainly responsible for office routine affairs who reports to the admin executive and is expected to deal with inquiries and document management as well.
1. College or above in education, communications, marketing, business or relevant disciplines.
2. Excellent team working abilities, with cheerful and out-going personality
3. Good language skills in English, especially in oral English.
4.Good IT skills (confident with Microsoft Office applications, email and the web).
5. Have ability to work accurately and pay attention to details, with strong awareness of customer service.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
1, Working experience in education and training agencies.
1. Receive guests, deal with inquiries,answer calls, deliver and collect students forms.
2. Be responsible for office paper filing and document management.
3. Prepare and set up internal office works, including the meeting room and classrooms in good condition, make sure office has sufficient water, stationery etc. and deal with settlement related
4. Assist in planning, organizing and conducting activities and events.
5. Management on course timetabling and room scheduling arrangement.
6. Be responsible for attendance record and management on leave and business trip.
7. Assist in planning, organizing and conducting enrollment activities.
8. To undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be required.
